The Mission
Our aim is to work with schools, youth programs and parents and introduce young people to a variety of activities ranging from sports and wellness to arts and academics. The focus is to create a community where our team of diverse Educators can lead various types of youth groups through skill-based Experiential Learning Programs while promoting our 3 pillars: Participation, Purpose and Personal Development.
The Vision
PRIME Youth supports schools, youth organizations and parents in bridging the gap between traditional and modern learning for our YOUTH. Our model is to use Experiential Learning and offer events, workshops, class trips and extra-curricular activities to schools, youth organizations and parents.

Shane Ogilvie
Co-Founder
For over 15 years, Shane has dedicated himself to international youth work while acquiring his MSc in Sport Science and UEFA coaching certifications. He is passionate about promoting youth athletic and personal development.
Felipe Buitrago
Co-Founder
Over the last decade, Felipe has dedicated his efforts to the field of experiential education. With an MSc in Outdoor Education, he shares the transformative essence of the great outdoors, which has helped shape the person he is today.
Laurie
Project Assistant
Laurie is a dedicated mother with extensive experience in Child & Youth Services. She has helped develop and implement the current industry blueprint for Youth Camp Programs in Europe.
Amira
Global Artist
Amira combines her experience as a musician, painter, artist and renowned DJ to present courses that allow children to participate, imagine and create. She has years of experience giving courses and workshops in schools and camps.
Crazy Tracey
Professional Musician
Crazy Tracey has toured around the world working with some of the top artists in the industry. She has been in major Hollywood productions and continues to perform in front of crowds of thousands! She has worked with youth in Germany for over a decade.
Alexandra
Street Artist
Alexandra is an active Graffiti Street Artist, but also works with different materials doing various visual arts with children. She has experience as a primary school art teacher in Greece.
Adam
International Sports Coach
Since the age of 3 years old, Adam has participated in sports around the world and has dedicated his life to acquiring the knowledge, experience and certification to share his passion with our younger generations.
Justin
Multi-faceted Creator
Born and raised in LA, Justin has learned to express his creative skills through various media. When he is not DJing at international gigs, he's educating youth on culture through music and graffiti.
Jala
Arts & Culture Educator
Jala brings an extensive volunteering background which helps her create engaging activities. She loves blending music. art and culture while fostering a creative and imaginative environment for youth.
Darwin
Sport Enthusiast
Darwin has a deep love for sports, particularly American Football. He brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm as he connects with the kids on and off the field.
